Oct 28th I begin an almost month long trip to Ireland, Italy and London. I want to travel FROM THE INSIDE OUT – the way I am learning to live. Meaning, trusting that what is going on inside of me is valuable and letting that lead me - not glossing over feelings, needs, passions, losses - but assuming there is universality in everything human. If not embracing paradox, maybe fondling it. That my soul and emotions are connected and (more paradox) energetically connected to all that is soulful.
